I’m just starting out with chess, been playing against an AI that has multiple difficulty levels. Rn I’m on Hard (Goes Beginner, Easy, Medium, Hard, Advanced, Expert, Candidate, Master, Grand master, and then champion)
Point I’m making, I played that opening and got checkmated. Never again..
No, its not. After bishop check they can block with the pawn, then we take, check, the king runs and if we check with the queen, we will lose it because the bishop can take it
I remembered when I played the center game and then my opponent decided to defend their pawn with f6 and so I used this same tactic by taking the pawn and destroyed my opponent
after that Be7 Xg5 double check Kg7 Qf7#. and if they stop the mate with d5 Bxd5 and from there if they wanna stop mate Qxd5 is forced then xd5 with pawn
Instead of taking the rook there is a way to get the queen or checkmate Not being a begger but i dont want to write it all so 25 likes and i will edit and say how you do it
Lol.. I played this defense for like 30 games before learning it wasn't working the hard way
What if they block by playing pawn to d5

What if black pushes d5 after Bc4+?
I just played this 😂 wish I had known about it earlier
the fact that after bc4 black could have played d5 and the win isnt so easy for beginners.

Damiano defense ❌
Dumbiano defense ✔️
It's not the "Domiano Defense", it's the "Dumbie-ano Defense" 😂

Bruh your kidding I just had someone play that opening and I didn’t do that
This isn't the worst opening. I have a plan for this, and it has always ended in my advantage.
Damiano Def is not that terrible if 2. Nxe5 3 Qe7 but white does get a big lead in development.
