  1. When you said: Black's position is much bwtter do you mean that Black will win with perfect play or that White still can hold the posirion?

  2. And this is before Hikaru literally didn’t care. How impressive

  3. “Never play F3” -Grand Master Finegold

  4. Agadmator’s indestructible enthusiasm for articulating chess strategy and tactics uplifts my spirit

  5. 1 win, 6 years ago. yeah, he's the one to take down carlsen 😛

  6. I don't know about you, but every time Hikaru and Magnus have faced each other, Magnus had the White pieces. I think I remember a match when Hikaru had the White ones, but almost always, was Magnus, lol.

  7. My stockfish 15 says trading queens at 3:45 is the best move while the queen trade decline move Hikaru played is an inaccuracy. Engines are in a different world.

  8. I think I'm gonna change my name to José Capablanca

  9. I'd like to see those two play in the World Championship. Hikaru got better after Pandemic and no pressure at all like he used to and Magnus also got better as well. Dang!

  10. Oh sh!t, why didn't I think of that? 14:43, "You have nothing to worry about. You just have to play the strongest move all the time and you're going to be completely fine." 🙂

  11. "B4 that move has never let us down" always showing love to the Evans Gambit i see

  12. Mind games in opening damn computer mess chess up like self driving car asleep at the wheel

  13. Don't care when it is, love seeing Magnus lose

  14. The best Carlsens lost games series 😂😂😂

  15. Thanks. how do I get the game moves, please.

  16. This was a weird game. Magnus was not slowing improving his position like he usually does and instead was doing the opposite

  17. At 4:22 can Hikaru just take the pawn Nxg4 instead of Qh6? If Magnus plays BxBh3 instead of fxNg4 Hikaru could play Ne3 threatening the rook, deflecting Mag's Queen, winning the bishop back after Bgxb2 Qxh3. It just seems like black's center would be too strong especially with a Queen and 2 rooks. IDK.

  18. Nic (J Bruce Feynman Niccolo P. Bentulan) says:

chess is about greatness, a combination of talent and theory. #9LX is pure talent. Look at Magnus 5-time (4 at the time) standard world champion but then is only top 2 in #9LX losing to a nobody "w"esley "s"o

Goes to show what percentage of greatness Magnus has. More on theory than talent. Pathetic patzer who relies on openings to win. Lol. GOAT? Greatest endgame player of all time? I suppose you can play endgames well when you know openings so well that you have much time for endgames.

Ever wonder why there isn't another world #9LX championship or even an announcement about it? Sounds like they're scared their precious Magnus will be crushed again by Wesley.

Wesley won the #9LX world championship. I think if Alireza loses then Magnus may decide to quit chess to pursue #9LX redemption after the pathetic 4-0 loss.

Turns out Magnus is a talentless patzer who crumbles without opening prep.

    Chess = great

    #9LX = talent

  19. well done hikaru, magnus is a
real a.i. from neptune and you
    managed, real nice game, and
    agad awesome content man

  20. Magnus would have won if he just removed everything

  21. the big red F at the end says so much about this game

  22. "Sometimes my brain does weird stuff" — Every chess player in the world 🙂

  23. @7:35 Instead of fxg7 the move Qg3 pins the bishop to the King and threatens checkmate next move. What am I missing that Hikaru could have done?

Maybe Qe4+ Kh2 Qg6 to force the queen trade.

  24. It's weird watching Hikaru NOT lose his queen within the first 6 moves lol

  25. 1:00 Every Barcelona ⚽ fan has this excuse when credit goes to Madrid 😸

  26. Amazing game by Hikaru, but pretty poor game by Magnus lol, maybe he skipped breakfast or something lol
