The Pro Chess League is a $150,000 16-player team tournament taking place on Chess.com, featuring Magnus Carlsen, Fabiano Caruana, Anish Giri and many more top players. The first five weeks are a Swiss tournament that will see half the teams eliminated before the Playoffs, which are an 8-team knockout.

Each team has 6-10 players, but only 4 play each week, with an average rating cap of 2550 and at least one woman in each line-up. Each member of the team plays each member of the opposing team at 10+2 rapid chess. In case of a tie the players play another round of games at a faster time control.

  1. yet another banger video from Agadmator, thank you for your analysis

  2. Felt like I was watching the old masters play. Truly an art.

  3. Nodirbek's face in the video is his face after play Bxh7
    Truly anime protagonist moment

  4. On Monday, I decided to do twenty puzzles. I didn't have breakfast until Thursday.

  5. What about solving puzzles during breakfast? Ok, I'll try…😊

  6. Breakfast for Champions may die a slow death.

  7. Too many White pieces buzzing around Black's King. That black squared White bishop is backward and kind of worthless in the position. h7 was really too much of a temptation for a monster like Nordirbek.

  8. Really awesome game, i think nodirbek future world champion it's my idea only

  9. These guys both got so good by playing 20 puzzles a day. And the answer to all the puzzles was b4!!

  10. LOL . . . Play at least 20 Chess puzzles before breakfast each day. You will either become a great chess player, or you’ll lose weight 😂

  11. I'm now fully committed to 20 puzzles before breakfast

  12. "Classical chess is dead!" is a statement. "Is classical chess dead?" is a question. putting both ! and ? at the end of a statement is nonsense.

  13. Fantastic game. These two players are absolutely sharks who will make short work of any prey.

  14. Here always saying that "now d prblm is " that's where I get lost🤫❤️

  15. I now start playing b4 in my games, no need to say my rating went 200 up

  16. The fact that as of February 18th Abdusattarov has a rating of 2741.7 in classical chess, and his world rank is 14 which is just insane on how far he has gone now!

  17. Wow! Its incredible has fast this kid has risen through the ranks! Another amazing game! Thanks!

  18. Excellent game, but I hope Medo is ok.. Haven't seen him in a while

  19. Nodirbek is just insane. What a player.

  20. Playing chess is like knowing that you either get steam-rolled or do this exact to your opponent instead, but you don't know when the lightning strikes.

In this game, Abdusattorov was the first one to throw a punch.
    Absolutely amazing.

  21. The Nodirbek games are good because he plays unconventional moves and demonstrates another dimension of chess.

  22. It's very simple – b4 is the meaning of the known universe, and it's disturbing how Nodirbek and Agad know this. Perhaps they should team up, form a world government, and Agad decrees that learning chess should be compulsory?

  23. Classical chess is dead ?! There will always be a not perfect move

  24. After 23 Rf3 I see also the queen sac 23) …Qxf3 24) gxf3 exd4 25 Qf7 Bc5 with complications. If 26) Qxb7 dxe3 threatening e2+ …

  25. This game was brilliant. I love when players turn a principled position and bait you into a bad position where they will get to play b4 and win the game.

  26. I always do puzzles before breakfast to wake up my brain. Glad to know i'm not the only one!

  27. List this one under the sorcery series 👍

  28. what a complicated win after sacrifice !

  29. "There is no remorse like remorse than the Chess"

  30. I was wondering how there was a past game where black got 2 moves 😂😂😂

  31. Nic (J Bruce Feynman Niccolo P. Bentulan) says:

3:20 Seems Agad missed the full 18-MOVE PUZZLE in Andrey Vs Nodirbek?
