  1. This is as close to a Borgov hug we will ever get in real tournament chess of the highest rank.

  2. Anand: I played vcxgnkkgfccbnjgccvhbvcc…….

    Magnus: ah yeah

  3. What an amazing video, two of the greatest chess minds showing respect to each other and the game.

  4. 8:40 what they are removing from score sheet twice ? Two blue papers for each?

  5. What a beautiful indescribable moment. I have re-watched this 10 times now, and every time I find myself there, standing with that audience, outsiders to the magic, just lapping in the sight of two living legends who are completely unaware of the surroundings, totally immersed in this beautiful, terrible, unforgiving game that is the master of us all.

  6. It's lovely to see the respect these two giants in chess have for each other.

  7. Chess is war without the bloodshed and personal physical harm( most of the time) it gets all of the identical chemistry flowing.

  8. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

    Ephesians 6:12 KJV

  9. There is something strangely interesting about this conversation. Don't know what it is but it surely kept me fascinated the whole time

  10. Ah yes.. I understood everything! Every bit of it!

  11. grand masters: talking
    people: wisdom wisdom

  12. Carlsen is sitting like a crab in the thumbnail

  13. What sucks at every chess game is when you don't know who won and when the video doesn't bloody give you info….

  14. One day i would really like to understand why watching 2 masters at their class discussing something i dont even comprehend…feels so calming and intriguing. Regardless, this video is simply priceless. Anand, Carlsen ftw!! 🤘

  15. Love how nobody has the cojones to tell them to get off the stage 😂

  16. 1:07 why did the guy come over and randomly fuck with the pieces?

Edit: Wait, is that a VGA cable going into the board? I guess it's to update a computer that it was a draw?

  17. Look at his respectless attitude in the thumbnail, such a big idiot… Just shows how well mannered Magnus is, the reason I hate foreigners

  18. Looking at all the comments to find out how everyone likes their discussion but no one is too interested to know who won the match.

  19. This makes me feel like the chess rating system should be changed to Years instead of ELO. I feel like Carlsen is 4 light-years ahead of me chesswise…

  20. At the highest levels chess board doesn't really exist

  21. I noticed around 2:10 they have to start talking louder because the crowd doesn’t know how to talk quietly while observing

  22. This has got to be my most watched video on youtube. I don't know why but I keep coming back to it.

  23. Rakesh in the front row audience! Who else could spot him?

  24. If Hans had this exchange with Vishy, he would reply to everything with, “What does the engine say?”

  25. Imagine if gamers could do this without wanting to hurt someone. It would be cool to share ideas of what we thought would happen vs. what did happen and what we were thinking.

  26. This seriously is the most beautiful thing about chess, that you don't really see in other sports…

  27. Bro vishy reached 20 yearold and just stopped aging
    This man is 50 💀

  28. Funny how we watch all of this and imagine we know what they're talking about

  29. Magnus never discloses too much Anand needs to learn this

  30. sagar… where r u, make this simpler for me please😢

  31. could u not wait opening ur amazon parcel later….like wtf

  32. I dont remember Karpov and Kasparov analysing their games after a match – when did this tradition start? is it with Carlsen- Anand?

  33. This is really scary 😱.. I am clueless but I made through the end ..

  34. I like how articulate and detailed Anand is in his analysis while everything sounds very simple and intuitive to Magnus. It doesn't sound like Magnus streamlines his thoughts like Vishy but he still considers all the same moves he mentions.
