before every move he was leaving page probable to chess engine. This dot which is green and means online. You won due to he was under time pressure and tried to play by himself. Don't you suspect missing Rb1 blocking the promoted Queen was such easy to spot after all his great moves during the hole game. I would report him.
Why does he only have five minutes?
You can only (really) play blitz and bullet with a mouse. Those playing on a tablet, laptop or mobile phone can't do well with that type of hardware. (In my opinion )
