I fall apart in the middle game . . .
The Ruy Lopez opening!
I’ve started playing again and I’ve really been struggling I hope this will help
I always thought chess was all about using your brain and being strategic, but it seems like you just have to memorize sht. Kind of disappointing, honestly.
Staright to point and very informative
But the kings Indian setup leaves your kind wide open to be checked.
Bro you are suave
What if they play caro kann against english how to respond
I dont like this Gotham, who wants respectful Gotham when he can tell you how much of an idiot you are and that you will never amount to anything.
"Gentleman Levy doesn't exist, it can't hurt you"
I don’t understand pushing the bishops out mid board so early – I feel like I get pushed by the pawns right away and have to retreat. I am a beginner so any input is great!
i watched this video and i beat my uncle thanks Levy

I hope in 5 years i come back to this video, i can understand what the hell ur explaining because right now, im just too dumb for chess need to learn so much
click on video for beginners, immediately starts talking about fried liver attacks 😂. bro what?
After 2 years of on and off chess phases I’m finally making the bridge from beginner to intermediate and I must say these videos truly help me learn how to improve. I understand your newer content is more entertainment based however I implore you to continue to create free chess lesson videos as they truly are a blessing.
8:18 haven't answered anything
Nice video!
Very clear and concise explanations. The visuals went hand in hand with your description of each move. Well done! Subscribed!
I want a video that will show me the first five moves for white and black and what the name is. You should be able to cover the most common 20 or so in a short video. Once I know the name. then I can research it in more detail later.
This shit ain’t basic
Your chair behind your head makes it look that you have a long and magnificent flowing black hair
the last video i watched was all about NOT DOING the move at 0:42
This reminds me of jiu jitsu. We are constantly looking for what moves someone is doing and their defenses and attacks.
Your the face of chess now I know why you half a million subscribers…don't worry if a 5 year old beat ya/draw just say I was testing ya or you beat me fair and square I've gotta chat to your dad
Losimg chess feels worst than losing money gambling😢😂
Good ole levi, so serious
Levy breaks character at 6:10 😊
This game has made me depressed
The bongcloud opening is the only opening that you really need to learn tbh
I'm a jobava London guy and Scandinavian def. I'm just 7-8 hundred elo honestly. The caro seems like it's smart but it doesn't feel natural for me
Any suggestions for black? I'm a London guy on white so the Scandinavian makes sense to me for black but I lose alot
I love you so much man, you're the best ❤
Omg baby levi
From blacks perspective from the first opening your just blocking the wayward queen attack.
did not help at all
I personally think that set up based openings isn't the best way to play. Opponent can break your setup before you set it up completely. But it can give us an idea for how many people play. Who knows i am just a beginner
Video : "Chess Tips : Discussing openings"
My brain : "Chess Tips : Discusting openings"
I'm looking openings that do not take a great deal of memory and than to build on that
as a beginner whos loosing to 400 rating players. Thank you😊😅
